This is a tale of the night after the sun had set for the last time in 1994. the wait had begin for the dawn of 1995. many inhabitants which shamefully included some of our Muslim brothers of London immersed themselves into night long celebration which largely comprise sinful acts while these people indulge in ritual and dancing and drinking without any sense of duty and responsibility to Allah and other human beings, these were some compassionate people in London who spent last night of 1994 thinking about their Shia brothers in Karachi who had been the victims of a concerted campaign of organised violence by a small but powerful group of terrorist and thugs aided and supported by the Wahabi rulers of some neighboring countries. The whole country and sole purpose of these terrorists was to commit genocide against Milat-e-Jaaferiya. when thinking of their Shia brothers in Karachi, the considerate ones tried to visualize the suffering of their Shia brothers and sisters, both young and old. Since many Shia brothers and sisters were brutally murdered Karachi by enemies of Islamic masquerading as Muslims, there are many widows and orphans left behind who had no one to support them. With the thoughts or their helpless and needy Shia brother in Karachi, a few momineen of London took the step to form a religious welfare and a social organisation named Seerat Foundation UK. The main objective of the Seerat Foundation is to try and eradicate poverty, illiteracy, financial and social disorder in Milat e Jaaferiya, particularly in Pakistan and in other parts of the world where our Shia brothers have been a constant target of organised campaign of terrorism.
The Seerat Foundation UK is a registered charity in the UK and it operates under the guidance and supervision of Hujjatul Islam wal Muslimeen Maulana Syed Raza Haider Rizvi. The current administration and day to day running of Seerat Foundation is assigned to 4 elected trustees. All four trustees are energetic people who have been playing a very active role to achieve the goals of the Foundation.
